Summertime Recap

This LAZY summer was spent at the YMCA pools.

We tried the Harrison pool but mostly went to Siskey.

Jackson wasn't interested in swimming unless Zachary was with us.

We went to the highly anticipated Captain Underpants movie. It was actually very entertaining. We've read all the books.

For the 4th of July weekend we had no plans & had to find other ways to entertain ourselves.

This pool was a hit, especially filled with bubbles.

The evening of the 4th was spent with the Molskness crew at our usual Pine Lake firework viewing spot.

Nice short show with an easy ride home. Notice all of Benny's glow sticks.

One day we went tubing on the Green River.

There were several rough sections, both Benny & Aaron cried. The rest of us LOVED it!

Hope they'll want to go back next year. Perfect way to spend a hot day.

The last week of July, while Addy & Josh were at BigStuf, my mom & Mason came to visit.

Sweet little buddy, he wanted to go to the pool EVERYDAY.

Amanda brought Addy this new addition to our family. Unfortunately named Kiki, this kitten is so much fun and has kept Addy entertained.

On August 21st at 2:40 we got the see a 98% eclipse of the sun.

John & Nancy next door came to join our impromptu party. Joyce was here too.

We also got to see a few RAINBOWS this summer. My favorite!
