Gymboree

Thank you Great Grandma Joyce for the very fun Gymboree gift certificate. Addy has been loving a drop off art class and Jackson just likes playing in the open gym. My girl definitely has a love for the arts.

My Sweeties

I just dropped my children off in Beloit at Grandma's house for a few days. It was so strange to drive in my car without talking to anyone. And then I got home and didn't have to help anyone inside. Now it's so quiet here and I can do whatever I want! Here they are this morning excited to leave.
And here are some more pictures from this last week. This is Jackson enjoying a weekend donut run.
Feeding the ducks at Independence Grove.
Riding the firetruck at the mall.
Playing dressup.
Loving each others company.

Rainy Days

My kids were both sick with fevers and vomiting the end of last week. So they watched lots of t.v. and relaxed on the couch which was easy to do during the dark rainy days we've had recently.
All that humidity made Addy's hair very curly.
I'm so thankful they had each other to play with so they weren't bored.

After the rain stopped we had lots of worms to play with.
Although, not even worms could pull Jackson away from playing cars.

Great America with the Neighbors

This Sunday the husbands were busy so we went to Six Flags with Nicole and Reese. The girls enjoyed riding together and Jackson made it on 3 rides but mostly enjoyed his relaxing time in the stroller.

Weekend in Cincinnati

For the Labor Day holiday we traveled to Cincinnati, OH to visit my family.
This is downtown at the Newport Aquarium. We're on the Kentucky side and downtown Cincinnati is across the Ohio River.
A favorite picture from the aquarium.

Summer Days in Grayslake

We spent the morning at the Grayslake spraypark.

Then stopped by the Tastee Freeze. Addy had her favorite pink cone with sprinkles and Jackson had his, a cheeseburger.
