Grandma D's Visit

FINALLY we're getting rain!! Usually in the evenings which is perfect so daytime plans aren't interrupted.

My mom & nephew Mason drove all the way from Cincy to visit the same week Josh & Addy were gone to church camp in Florida.

The highlight of their visit was Lazy 5 Ranch.

After walking around and looking at animals, we drove our car through a a safari like area. And were greeted by these 2 giants. Mason started crying because grandma was screaming. I laughed so hard!

Such a beautiful close up on my side. I locked the windows down so everyone was freaking out. The kids all moved to the back.

Oh yeah. Now she's having fun!!! Blurry pic but so great.

Oh my word! The faces she makes are priceless.

Several times these guys blocked our path.

Feeding the buffalo through the back window so the kids could get a closer look or move away. HA!

My bravest child eventually warmed up to the animals.

The giraffes were my favorite.

Benny even fed an emu which he was scared of last time we came 4-5 years ago. I doubt he even remembers.

She's still having fun. Hahaha!!!

Do NOT feed or pet the zebras!! Don't do it mom.

By the end, Mason got out of the way back seat and pet a llama. What a blast!! Highly recommended place.
